This course examines Tactical EMS without hype or bravado, focusing instead on what actually works—and what commonly fails—in real-world operations. Participants will explore how training, fitness, call volume, leadership, and medical oversight intersect to determine whether a Tactical EMS program is effective.

This course examines why HR/LF calls derail otherwise competent clinicians and how human factors, decision-making under stress, protocol dependence, and system design contribute to failure.
